In Hawaiian Gardens, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for 10+ years and after today we will no longer be supporting this establishment. The new policy does not allow orders of 60$ to be placed over the phone and the lady taking my order did not want to add egg rolls since it exceeded the policy. This statement was contradicting as she stated the total was 66.00 with 3 pad Thais and a soup. We happily would’ve paid for the order over the phone to resolve the issue with the policy. Instead she continued to be rude and say she couldn’t do the whole order. The lady then said we could order once we arrived but the point of ordering ahead of time is to have the order ready for PICK UP. Thankfully we live in CA and Thai food options are a blessing in our area πŸ™

we came in here to try the pho while passing through alpaugh and honestly it was really good. the broth is super flavorful i think they simmer it forever or something considering how deep it tastes. i had no idea you could even get good vietnamese food in such a small town like this but heres the definite prof. the service was also super friendly even though i kept changing my order at the last second. I told my wife we're definately taking that extra order to go because i couldnt get enough of the meat portions

The portions are decent and the food is fresh. The noodles have a unique taste though. Not bad, just different from every other pho restaurant I’ve eaten at. The noodles have a strong flavor when compared to other places. The prices for the pho are very reasonable and the service is fast. Great customer service, clean location and plenty of parking spaces.

Food was super chewy and nothing like what you would expect from quality pho. I have been here at least 6 times and the last 3 times have been terrible. Not sure what changed but avoid this place. Drinks were empty for so long that the ice melted. Food came out at all different times so some of us were almost done before the others Food even came out. There were 4 of us. Also I waited 22 minutes for the check afyer they removed our plates. Im literally sitting at an empty table writing this review waiting on my check.

Pho May is simply delicious. Their broth is tasty, full of flavor and not salty at all. They use good quality meats. The fried Tofu rolls with the peanut sauce are so good and refreshing. The fried egg rolls are crispy and full of goodness. They're served with fresh lettuce leaves and a fish sauce. In my humble opinion, the Thai tea is a bit weak and watery. I HIGHLY recommend Pho May.
